need a film partner, where can I find them?

I work part time and have a camera and sound equipment to record a film, when I am around other people I get really inspired and gets lots of ideas.
I have had ideas in the past to make films and art-films, but when it comes to just me making a film, I am not motivated on my own to make it all by myself

So what I need is a film partner or somebody with passion to help me make films, preferably someone in the same position as me, working and wanting to produce something different and new. I live in Manchester, uk and it be good if there is somebody here or otherwise if you know of any websites based in the uk that cater for people looking for partners or producer to make films?
