when I see people in different layers chef in the kitchen (I met one yesterday in supermarkets) and are very arrogant. I think that because they think its cool, but I think it's because they do not socialize very well because in the kitchen you do not tend to talk a lot and some people in my kind of cooking tend to look too arrogant

No, no. It just depends on the person. Not all chefs are arrogant. I've seen a lot of arrogant people with master's degrees.
