Why Appreciate Commercial Microwave

Having worked in a commercial kitchen in 5 years of my life I developed an appreciation for high quality kitchen appliances that make my mother proud. I began my tenure in the kitchen as a pot washer humble. Cooking Techniques Job title ',' Sound did work a little more attractive than it really was.

This job meant that you spend up to ten hours a day cleaning the kitchen and laundry far in china, cutlery and cooking utensils in the sink. It is fair to say that in the face of it, is not a fun job.

However, the last days made quickly and entertained by the lack of mouth chef that everyone knows exactly what he thought of their applications for their meat to be cooked a little longer. The nights also were enlightened by beautiful waitresses that almost made the delivery of dirty dishes even more bearable.

But the real savior in my time as a "technical Cooking 'was, and I'm almost ashamed to say, high quality brushes and washing liquids. Actually, and I'm going to sound like my mother, cut through the fat and dirt very well. I definitely won an award for the best quality kitchen cleaning products.

I've learned my lesson the hard way a couple of times when stocks were exhausted and had to wash dishes and use less liquid tatty, worn out cloths and brushes. This coincided with the publication curry monthly luncheons where the restaurant serves curry for 200 people. Can you imagine the size of cooking pots and the amount of washing it took to achieve that clean? Probably not. It was worse than you can imagine!

My next step in the hierarchy of the kitchen ladder was when he became a junior chef. This basically means doing housework in the kitchen and peel potatoes, prepare vegetables and make sure the chef beat avoided paying customers. This work was really fun. It was a good step up from the dishwashing duties and learned a lot about cooking for a large number of people and yet ensure that all the different ingredients hit the hot plate just before they were served.

One of the main ways in which we managed to ensure that different foods are kept warm all was through a commercial microwave oven. This device allowed us to keep items that have been prepared earlier tibia before presented, and also allowed us to prepare many items in advance and 'zapping' just in time for the waitress to bring to customer table. With an average attendance of 200 all eating at the same time, one can imagine that this was a vital piece of equipment - anything to keep the chef to cook simmered in boiling over.

The next step in the hierarchy saw me take control of the kitchen for a few days of the week the head of kitchen was absent. True, this was often the calmest day, yet I enjoyed the responsibility. I liked in particular the need to maintain a close watch on the action in the kitchen and order both food supplies and kitchen supplies. He soon developed a deep appreciation for the Internet and ordering products much easier than calling around to different providers.

Many sites even keep up with their orders to the extent that a reminder was sent e-mail when it predicted that supplies are exhausted. This was a big help. I always recommend investing in good quality kitchen supplies for the benefits worthwhile.
