Corner rounding technology of Homag India edge banding machine:

The work piece is placed on a sturdy table and aligned. The trimming motor including sensing roller and cutter are part of a new developed unit, which works on the principle of rotation. A particularly steady sequence of operations guarantees a perfect result, exactly the same as if processed on a modern through feed edgebander.

The glue is applied on one side of the edge tape and immediately fixed to the work piece, before the glue dries.
