How can I turn off the water in my kitchen alone?

I exhaust pipe under my kitchen sink.I want to shut the water just outside my kitchen until I can get this tube repaired.How do not close the tap on whole house? I have cut off valves under the sink, but where the pipe is leaking, water is splashing out.

You already know that there are two valves, one for hot water and one for cold water. If both are off, nothing should get more key. The tube should not leak if the leak is more between the valve and the faucet still running water If your valves do not work and I advise you to replace them. If the leak is before the water reaches the valve Closing will turn off the main valve, usually located where the water supply enters the house.
