Becoming a Top Chef : How to Become a Personal Chef

Ingredients you need:

2 quarts chicken broth or mushroom stock - Instructions on how to make a mushroom broth listed below.

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

2-3 carrots large - small dice

2.3 stalks celery - small dice

MED-1 onion large - small dice

1 sprig fresh thyme

1.2 bay leaves - depending on the size of two if they are really small, or one large one

1 tablespoon minced garlic salt and pepper toWipe mushrooms with a clean towel to remove all dirt and then slice the mushrooms. You have to peel and cut on a bias or use one small dice 1 / 4 "x 1 / 4" for carrots, celery, onion, thyme sprig and 1-2 bay leaves. The small pieces will look best if you decides not to puree the soup. Then, add all ingredients to 2 quarts of chicken broth and cook over medium heat until done / tender.

** If you would like to make a backup of mushrooms, use 1 gallon of water and cook 6 cups of mushrooms with 1 tbsp. minced garlic, 1 sprig fresh thyme 2 bay leaves and cook until reduced by half.

Then you add the chopped ingredients after making the population. And you the cook over medium heat until they do / offer to be approx. 30 minutes.

Remove the thyme and bay leaves before serving or soup puree is added only for the flavor component is added during cooking - that are not known well.

Then adjust the seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Personally, I like puree soup and run through a strainer, however, taste and much needed ways.Ingredients:
