Culinary Institutions

I want to be a pastry chef after college, where should I go?

Also on average, how much money you make? I was thinking about going to the CIA (Culinary Institution of America) is that a good school? or are there better?

CIA is probably the best, but consider how much it will cost before deciding to go there. 2 years, plus room and board will be released in about $ 60,000. The reality is that every time you go to school you will probably only make about $ 9 - $ 11 an hour to start and will top out at about $ 40,000 per year in all but the most prestigious areas. If you can get help or someone else is paying for their education go for it. If you have to pay yourself you may want to look somewhere cheaper.
